Marquise Sarah is partnering with The Brooklyn Bank out of Brooklyn, New York. A non-profit that is dedicated to empowering the community by providing financial literacy, wealth building strategies and promoting entrepreneurship.
Both brands are passionate about empowering businesses to survive the current economic hardships of the pandemic and/or protests. Our effort aims to help small businesses maintain ownership in existing brick and mortar stores. Adopting a black owned business enables the black dollar to maintain circulation in black communities for generations to come.
The business will receive proceeds from the product of the month. To honor the current social climate we are creating, “I Can’t Breathe” face mask out of 100% Cotton w/ opening for PM 2.5 filters and metal nose adjusters.
Heads Up Barbershop received the proceeds of the face mask fundraiser. If you are in the area, please show your support to ensure their continued success in the neighborhood.
